This workshop teaches the art of parody. For example – you’ll begin with a group exercise which fractures Little Red Riding Hood. By changing the elements of her name, you’ll develop a NEW character like Tiny Aqua Skipping Socks. Then, using Little Red Riding Hood as the story line, you’ll wind up with a brand new original parody of the classic folk tale. Then you’ll move on to fracturing other tales.
Please join Willy for this fun filled workshop. |

No hand-outs…No “master critique” sessions…No warm-ups… No “tips”…No gurus…
We are ALL filled with stories; they make us WHO we are and determine HOW we are in our world. During this resurgence, or “renaissance”, of this most ancient of social art forms, this is a chance to come together with our unique voices and perspectives to look at the Big Questions: WHY do we want to tell stories to others? And WHICH stories? Join us; this is a place where your voice WILL BE HEARD!
